Adam will... 9/4

Today has been pretty good - so far I have:
**Made all my food for the day
**Read Psalm 111
**Prayed for the family and us

I will:
**Read more of the Bible before bed
**Work for at least 2 more hours pulling furniture to help substitute for exercise today.
**Make a reminder to myself to call for my contacts tomorrow!

Adam will... 9/3/08

Today has started off great and this is a quick 'what I did' and 'what I will.'

So far today I have:
**Done tae bo for 20 minutes
**Cooked all my food for the day with leftovers for tomorrow
**Cleaned all the dishes from cooking
**Read the Bible
**Prayed
**Popped something in the mail for the love of my life

I will:
**Go to the gym for at least 45 minutes
**Walk for at least 1.25 miles
**Read another chapter of the Bible before bed
**Email my bee

*pack my own lunch (healthily)
* go to stamp club tonight (I usually always punk out last minute even though I love it!)
* email my boo before bed!!
* finish up the chapter that Adam and I started on my Bible Study.

**Walk at least 1.25 miles

I know it is late in the day but I haven't had my computer since my last post. I wrote down my i wills though for today so now I can type them,

* Clean out art closet
* Go shopping with Greg no matter what
* pack for Mass
* drink more water!!
* do another chapter in my Bible Study.
* Email my boo!!

Ok, I will do a short one for tonight, as I don't have much time left in my night, and then I will write an I will for tomorrow!

Tonight, I will...

* do a chapeter in my new Bible Study
* Pray before I go to sleep
* Complete the example for my art project tomorrow

Tomorrow I will...
* do laundry, start it and finish it :)
* clean my house from this weekend
* do my Walk-a-Mile DVD
* Only drink two DDPs

It's not much, but it is enough to get it started for me :)

I will... 8/26/08

Had a good morning - but not perfect. I wanted to start a new goal of only sleeping 7.5 - 8 hours a night (I can get upwards of 9.5 - 10.5 on some days.) But that didn't happen and I slept for 9.5 hours (after many snoozes.) I did manage to hit some other goals and there are a couple I have to finish up tonight.

Today, I will:
**Clean my kitchen! Throw away any tupperware I no longer use and empty the dishwasher.
**Clean my living room! I still haven't fully gotten back into the swing of keeping this area clean since Ireland.
**Clean my bedroom! Ditto.
**Cook healthy food for work -- lentils, rice, beans, etc.
**Do tae-bo for at least 20 minutes after work.
**Walk for at least 20 minutes after work.
**Read at least one chapter of the Bible before bed.
**Pray before bed.
**Write my incredible fiance' an email before bed.

Good start to the blog last night...

Today, I will:
**Go to the gym for at least 60 minutes
**Walk for at least 1 mile
**Drink at least 96oz. of water
**Eat no junk food!
**Praise God at least once for a blessing I've received
