I will... 8/27

Today, I will:
**Walk at least 1.25 miles (treadmill)
**Spend at least 45 minutes at the gym
**Read at least a chapter in my Bible before bed
**Write my fiance' an email before bed
**Clean all the dishes from lunch/dinner before bed
**Pray before bed

Some other things not on the list:

**Made lunch/dinner again today. 4 cups of cooked rice is a little much - so I will start cutting back on that tomorrow. Also I want to add more fresh veggies in to cut the sodium from canned foods.

**Drinking good amount of water but need to stay consistent.

**Feeling pretty sore from Monday still so it will be good to hit the gym and stretch it out tonight.

**Currently at 318 with a max of 324 after this past weekend. So let's get that number down!
