Janel Will 8/26/08

Ok, I will do a short one for tonight, as I don't have much time left in my night, and then I will write an I will for tomorrow!

Tonight, I will...

* do a chapeter in my new Bible Study
* Pray before I go to sleep
* Complete the example for my art project tomorrow

Tomorrow I will...
* do laundry, start it and finish it :)
* clean my house from this weekend
* do my Walk-a-Mile DVD
* Only drink two DDPs

It's not much, but it is enough to get it started for me :)

LOVE to my boo!!!

Hey babe - don't bum out about not feeling well. It's going to happen to all of us from time to time. I'm so proud of you for calling your aunt and getting motivated to hit the gym! Just remember, take it slow with the 'I will's' at first so that you can have small wins and get momentum for the tough challenges ahead without getting discouraged. You will do GREAT!! I love you ;)

Ok, so I did everything that I said that I would except for the aerobics tape. 2 ddps was hard but I did it! Also, I did the dishes and took out the trash and some other things to that I was proud of but have forgotton now :) I love this plan!! It helps!
