I will... 8/26/08

Had a good morning - but not perfect. I wanted to start a new goal of only sleeping 7.5 - 8 hours a night (I can get upwards of 9.5 - 10.5 on some days.) But that didn't happen and I slept for 9.5 hours (after many snoozes.) I did manage to hit some other goals and there are a couple I have to finish up tonight.

Today, I will:
**Clean my kitchen! Throw away any tupperware I no longer use and empty the dishwasher.
**Clean my living room! I still haven't fully gotten back into the swing of keeping this area clean since Ireland.
**Clean my bedroom! Ditto.
**Cook healthy food for work -- lentils, rice, beans, etc.
**Do tae-bo for at least 20 minutes after work.
**Walk for at least 20 minutes after work.
**Read at least one chapter of the Bible before bed.
**Pray before bed.
**Write my incredible fiance' an email before bed.

Yesterday was a tough day! I had to squeeze a bit at the end of the night but it worked...

Kitchen = clean
Living room = clean
Room = clean
Food = Big lunch/dinner cooked and ready for today. Already looking to add more veggies and fruit.
Tae bo = did 20 minutes (was ok)
Walk = 20 minutes (pretty good, real nice night)
Bible = Mark ch. 10
Email = done!
Prayed = done!
